Dates and time limits of next IWA-Plenary

From the IWA-Secretariat, Oslo

Dear Sections and Friends!

a) The dates of the next IWA-Plenary will be Saturday the 4th and
Sunday the 5th of March 2006 in Prague.

b) Issues and proposals for the agenda should be sent to the
Secretariat before the 12th of December, so the Secretariat can put
up the agenda.

c) The agenda and Plenary material will be sent to the Sections and
Friends before the 15th of January 2006. The Sections and Friends
will then have sufficient time to treat the material.

d) Please, remember that the official languages of the IWA are
English and Spanish, and it is also an obligation for the Sections
and Friends to translate material.

e) Please, as early as possible, inform the Secretariat and the FAG,
which organises the Plenary, about how many delegates/observers that
are coming, and times of arriving and departure!
