Día internacional de acción solidaria: Martes 1 de octubre
El conflicto contra el Banco Santander-Isban sigue aumentando y no hay indicios de voluntad de diálogo de la empresa. Tras el despido del delegado de la sección sindical de la CNT-AIT, los sindicatos revolucionarios federadso en la IWA-AIT están extendiendo el mensaje de los trabajadores en la lucha y preparan acciones coordinadas en todo el mundo.
CNT-AIT-IWA International call: October 1st, day of action against Santander Bank worldwide in solidarity with the Isban workers in struggle.
The conflict against Santander Bank-Isban continues to increase with no sign of willingness to dialogue from the company. After the dismissal of Isban CNT-AIT section union delegate, revolutionary unions federated in the IWA-AIT are spreading the message of the workers in struggle and prepare coordinated actions worldwide.
Zwischen dem 1.9. und dem 7.9. führten Mitglieder verschiedener syndikalistischer Organisationen europaweit Aktionen gegen prekäre Arbeitsbedingungen bei der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung durch. So zogen GewerkschaftsaktivistInnen zum Beispiel vor Niederlassungen der Stiftung in Prag, Brüssel, Belgrad und Warschau. Dort wiesen sie unter anderem darauf hin, dass Deutschland mit seinem großen Billiglohnsektor einen heftigen Lohndruck auf andere europäische Länder ausübt. Wie festgefahren die Situation hierzulande ist, wird beispielhaft deutlich, wenn sogar eine staatlich großzügig alimentierte, sich zudem progressiv gebende, Stiftung beim Billiglohnspiel mitspielen kann. Am 5.9. konnte die FAU Berlin dann einen ersten Sieg vor dem Arbeitgericht Berlin davontragen. Das Gericht stellte fest, dass das FAU-Mitglied Michael R. in den letzten Jahren nicht im Rahmen eines Werkvertrages, sondern als Leiharbeiter für die Stiftung gearbeitet hat. Da für die Leiharbeit aber keine Genehmigung vorlag, ist ein unbefristeter Vertrag zwischen R. und der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung zustande gekommen. Darüber hinaus wird die Stiftung mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit Lohnachzahlungen für die letzten Jahre leisten müssen. Weitere Klagen anderer KollegInnen sind anhängig.
El sistema legal de Serbia continúa con la presión y los montajes de casos judiciales contra los miembros de la Iniciativa Anarco Sindicalista (ASI). Al estar familiarizados con los supuestos de partida de este sistema y teniendo las intenciones y objetivos de nuestra confederación sindical bien claros, este tipo de comportamiento por parte de los tribunales no nos sorprende. Aún así, nos resulta un tanto curiosa la falta total de cualquier intento de crear una explicación racional sobre la forma en que están funcionando los juicios y la arrogancia del sistema que ya excede todos los límites.
After the acquittal of six Belgrade anarchists in the case of the attack on the Greek Embassy was overturned by the Appeal court in mid 2011, the process against Tadej Kurepa, Sanja Dojkić, Ivan Savić, Nikola Mitrović, Ratibor Trivunac and Ivan Vulović was reactivated for political reasons. To that fact information should be added that the process is prolonged ad infinitum, with the obvious intention of keeping the accused "on a leash". Thus today's court hearing was postponed because police "experts" didn't show up again, while their previously produced written analyses is without a doubt favorable for the accused. The trial has been postponed until January 22nd of the following year!
El 11-14 de septiembre varias acciones de solidaridad con los trabajadores polacos tuvieron lugar en diferentes países. Hubo acciones en las embajadas y consulados de Polonia en España, Holanda, Eslovaquia y dos ciudades en Australia. Otras acciones también tuvieron lugar en España, donde se colgaron pancartas, en Francia, donde los compañeros repartieron folletos sobre la situación en Polonia durante una huelga y hubo una acción en un lugar donde trabajan polacos y repartieron folletos en Noruega. Las acciones fueron organizadas por Priama Akcia en Eslovaquia, CNT-AIT en España y Francia, ASF de Australia, NSF de Noruega y ASB de Holanda. ¡Gracias a todos por las muestras de apoyo desde el extranjero!
On September 11-14 there were different solidarity actions with Polish workers which took place in different countries. There were actions at embassies and consulates in Spain, Holland, Slovakia and two cities in Australia. Other actions also took place in Spain, where banners were hung, in France, where fliers were handed out during a strike about the situation in Poland and there was an action in a place Polish people work and in Norway. The actions were organized by Priama Akcia in Slovakia, CNT-AIT in Spain and France, ASF from Australia, NSF from Norway and ASB from Holland. Thank you all for the signs of support from abroad!
